Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 18th 2025

 

Notice Period

If you provide notice of cancellation of at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be able to reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations, rescheduled appointments or appointment no shows made after the 24 hour notice period will not be eligible for a refund or to reschedule appointment. Packages will incur a deduction of one session.

 

Cancellation Fee

The cancellation fee (the 50% deposit) covers administrative costs, pre-allocated practitioner time, and lost opportunity to accommodate other clients.

 

Exceptions

In case of emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Clients are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances directly with us for review and possible resolution. Please contact us by email at hello@chillseeker.life.

 

Cancellation Process

To cancel your session, please notify us via email as soon as possible at hello@chillseeker.life. In your cancellation request, please provide your name, session date and time, and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations will be considered valid only upon receipt of confirmation from us.

 

Refund Policy

Grounds for Refunds:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Refunds may be offered based on the following conditions:

  • If an exception is granted for cancellation, full or partial refund may be granted.
  • If a cancellation is made outside the designated notice period, no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds may be subject to administrative fees or non-refundable deposit deductions.
  • If we cancel a session, a full refund will be provided.

 

Rescheduling

Notice Period

Clients may be allowed to reschedule their sessions within a certain time frame without incurring additional fees. The rescheduled session will automatically be available within the validity period from when the original Session or Package was purchased. Rescheduling requests made outside the specified time frame may be subject to the cancellation policy.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging the cancellation and refund policy before booking a session.

 

Fair and Reasonable We believe that the 24 hours notice period provides a fair and reasonable opportunity for us to fill the canceled appointment slot.

 

By enforcing this cancellation and refund policy, we aim to ensure fairness to both our clients and our practitioner.

 

We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may occur, and we will assess such cases on an individual basis.

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
